Modes of Delivery: Abest Express, J&T Express (make sure your area is within serviceable area of your courier), Same-day delivery (we are Pasig-based)

We accept PASABUY! Feel free to DM us anything you want to pasabuy from any KR Sites (especially Ktown4U). We'll send all-in + lsf rates.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS are sent to your provided emails. Please check your primary inbox and spam folders.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS are noted through the order tracking sheet. We don't send emails to confirm payments, only if there are concerns with your payments.
For our safety, we won't be doing meet-ups. We recommend using same-day delivery instead.
SHIPPING RATES depends on order size & quantity. See detailed rates in order form. Metro Manila ranges from P110-P140 / Provincial P130-240
COMBINE SHIPPING? Yes. But up to 3-4 albums only in one shipping transaction under the same receiver & address. Buyer must be patient and willing to wait.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSTALLMENT? The best we can offer is you pay for the items on the DOP, then pay for the local SF when the items arrived in PH.
ALL ALBUMS / LIGHTSTICKS / MERCH WE SELL ARE OFFICIAL. We buy from online KR sites unless stated otherwise (from supplier). Albums are counted in charts.
All items are consolidated at our KR Address then shipped to PH through sea cargo which usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive.
DTI REGISTERED? Not yet, but we consider registering our shop some time soon. Reminder that despite an online shop being DTI registered, fraud and scam can still happen. We’re still weighing if we’ll do this business long time that’s why we haven’t registered our shop yet.
About Hello Kiwi PH
Hello Kiwi PH is a twitter-based shop.
We are a group of 3 best friends from high school, who spazzes over Kpop everyday of our lives until we decided to start this shop in August 2018, some time after we have graduated college. We started with selling affordable merchandise like shirts and tote bags for Kpop concerts held here in the Philippines. The reason behind it? So we can fund our fangirl needs (albums and concerts) since we’re unemployed fresh graduates that time.
Our first batch is a concert merchandise for Wanna One’s One: The World Stop in Manila (September 2018).
We also opened merchandise for Seventeen’s Ideal Cut Manila 2018 (and attended the concert with the help of our shop’s profit yay!) and sold merchandise for Winner and IKON’s concert weekend in MOA Arena. We made friends with some of our buyers too!
One of us also attended Stray Kids’ Unveil Tour Manila (April 2019) and sold merchandise for PH Stays. There we realized how happy we were, seeing them happy and satisfied with the merchandise they buy from us.
Along side producing concert merchandise some time in February 2019, we also started managing group orders for comeback albums and other official merchandise too. Our biggest GO managed was for Stray Kids’ Yellow Wood album with over 120+ total orders. It’s a huge amount for a small shop like ours. We had album & merchandise giveaways too which a lot really enjoyed.
We continued to open group orders until around November 2019. We took a break from handling the shop because we had to focus on our personal career growth too. With or without this shop, we are still the best of friends. We bought albums from other shops together, watched concerts together, celebrated birthdays together. Later on, we started to miss handling a shop.
Now we’re back!
It feels heart warming the moment we tweeted “Hello?” again after the long break, some said they missed us and they were waiting for us. That will keep us going. 🙂
